First Norwegian Cup F3J 23/4-17 of the year and kind of bingo conditions in some of the prelim rounds (5rounds). 4-8m/s and even some small snow but sunny and nice day. In the finals it calmed down a bit to 2-4m/s and i got away with medium launches. 1st me (Pike Dynamic all flights empty except 2 rounds prelim with 1/4 and 1/2 ballast). In finals i had 14:56 (me and Aril had full time) and 14:57,9 in second. 2nd Aril Røsvik (Pike Perfection), 3rd Kenneth Thommesen (Pike Perfection) and 4th Stig Magne Olsen (Pike Perfection). Very happy so far with my Pike Dynamic. A bit more on finding correct settings for ballast. But in most conditions i dont need it i think (1930g st55). Exactly the model i hoped for. Fast and agile yet slows down with camber and stays up in light conditions.

Second Norwegian cup F3J 30/4-17

Again with the Pike Dynamic and my second win. And that in very difficult conditions with 90 degree sidewind and the need for some ballast but not too much because the comp was in a valley creating turbulence and sink.
The juniors took some scalps today and shows they know how to handle the planes even when it is very difficult and sidewind. Hats off for both juniors in finals and Matias Thommesen even winning the prelims in front of me :-)

So the results:
1. Jo Grini, Pike Dynamic
2. Matias Thommesen, Pike Perfection
3. Espen Bakke, Aspire/Eraser
4. Jonar Langseid, Aspire/Supra
